Wyoming Tribune-Eagle: State Lacks on Dental Care for Poor Kids

CHEYENNE — Many poor children in Wyoming do not get routine dental care, a report from a national research group shows.

The Pew Charitable Trust recently published a study of access to dental care for low-income children.

And access in Wyoming could get worse because so many dentists are old enough to retire, said Jane Koppelman, research director of the Pew Children’s Dental Policy campaign.
