Zero to Three: New Research Strengthens Home Visiting Field
Voluntary home visiting matches parents with trained professionals to provide information and support during pregnancy and throughout a child's first few years. Properly designed and delivered home visiting programs improve short- and long-term child and family outcomes, including reducing the number of children in social welfare, mental health, and juvenile corrections systems.
