Alaska No. 1 in 'pork' per capita, again
Alaska -- infamous for its federally funded "bridges to nowhere" -- ranked first in per-capita federal spending for pork-barrel projects last year, a distinction it has held for the past 16 years. Hawaii came in second, and Georgia ranked last, according to the latest report from a group that hawks congressional spending.
